The mould cavities are constructed according to your components/ products. Your specifications about packing density, alignment, component insertion and removal form the foundation for our design. Your components can be fixed in the nest using various techniques to prevent the slippage or movement of particularly sensitive parts during transport.

The packing density refers to the number of items per tray. Plastic trays can hold a specific number of items per length/width or we can design a maximum packing density for the specified external dimensions. The shape and weight of your products play a role in the packing density per transport tray.
